Christine Savoie MPM, RMP
Christine “Chris” Savoie is the Director for Trustmark Property Management. Her career started in 2002 as a real estate office manager for a national, top producing realtor. Working with a highly productive team, Chris refined her multi-tasking and problem-solving skills to produce hundreds of successful real estate closings at an exceptionally high customer satisfaction rating.
In 2012 she joined the property management team at Trustmark. Today, she oversees property management operations for each of our Texas markets. Leveraging her 20 years of experience, Chris ensures each owner and tenant experiences the highest-level of care and service.
Always an advocate for innovation and progress in property management services, Chris has served as the president for the local National Association of Property Managers (NARPM). She holds the Residential Management Professional designation (RPM) as well as the highly coveted designation of Master Property Manager (MPM) which is only awarded to those demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism in the industry. Chris is a two-time recipient of the Commitment to Excellence Award.
Chris lives with her husband Matt, a retired U.S. Army veteran, and their two sons who are outstanding ice hockey athletes. She can often be found just behind the glass at a hockey rink, cheering on her boys with her laptop at-hand and property management on her mind.
Crystal Smith is a native of Austin. Like many Austinites, she has history in California. She began her property management career working with a family-owned property management company in the northern part of the state. Rising to the role of property manager she excelled in her position and was awarded a profitability award as a result of her excellent results and attention to detail. After four years of success as a property manager, she moved back to the Austin area in December of 2018.
Since joining Trustmark Property Management, Crystal has brought the same level of dedication, care and excellence to her role as property manager for the Austin and Georgetown markets.
Crystal lives with her husband and is a proud mom to a son serving in the U.S. Navy. She is very pleased to be back home, in Austin, Texas.
Samantha Leach has been a property management professional with Trustmark Property Management since 2008. Currently working as a property manager, her primary responsibility is marketing properties to secure a quick lease agreement and placing qualified tenants in great homes. She gets a great deal of satisfaction in caring for our owners and tenants.
Samantha and her husband, Andrew, have been married since May 2016. They have a spunky beagle, named Remmy.

Amy Egnaczyk is a property management professional with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. She serves as an invaluable member of the Trustmark Management team, responsible for the owners and tenants in our San Antonio marketplace.
Amy’s expertise in multi aspects of property management enables her to expertly ensure our owners and tenants have an exceptional experience. Her commitment to excellence and passion for the business shines in every aspect of her work.
Amy is a native of Upstate New York and lives with her husband in San Antonio.
Staci joined Trustmark Property Management in October 2015 after she retired from the US Army as a Sergent First Class. She served for 20 years, including two deployments. Building upon her leadership experience in the Army she quickly became a valued member of our team as a result-oriented professional.
Staci is instrumental in the preservation of our owners homes ensuring work orders and maintenance are completed in a timely manner with quality workmanship. Our tenants have come to rely upon her diligence and focus in responding to all requests.
Staci is a mother of three and has four grandchildren. In her free time, you will find her at her kids’ sporting and school events, active in her church and supporting her native Kentucky sports teams.
Bianca Smith started with the Trustmark team in 2017. Since that time, she has filled the role of Administrative Assistant with a positive attitude, a great sense of humor and a fierce commitment to success. She considers her team-mates as part of her family and truly enjoys seeing our tenants find wonderful homes for themselves and their families.
Bianca was born and raised in Australia and has lived in the US for 20 years. She has three spirited children who are 13, 10 and 3.
Kearstine Ayala joined the Trustmark Property Management in 2020. Kearstine’s passion has always been helping people improve their lives. For 10 years, she has worked in customer service where she has excelled in making each aspect of the customer’s experience an absolutely positive one.
Kearstine enjoys spending much of her time outdoors, hiking with her children, and growing plants in her garden.
Property Management Accounting
Raquel Washington has served on the property management accounting team for five years. Her focus has been working closely with our CFO to ensure accurate accounting for our owner accounts. She is a natural problem solver and an attentive professional.
Raquel finds Trustmark’s team atmosphere and commitment to the community to be highly gratifying. She has participated in several community events such as our annual Blood Drives, MDA Fun Run and Fish Fry, and other events that benefit our community.
Raquel served in the army as an Administration Specialist. For her service, she was awarded the Army Commendation Medal, the Army Good Conduct Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal, among others.
Raquel has been married to Collins Washington since 2009. Together, they have a blended family of 10 children and 8 grandchildren.
