We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with our services and want to leave us, you may cancel your management agreement without penalty by giving a 30-day notice. The notice period allows for a smooth transition for the tenants and wrapping up any outstanding maintenance items & invoices, as well as assignment of the lease and security department funds properly over to you with an informed tenant.


A 30-day written notice must be provided by property owner which allows us time to resolve any outstanding service issues and prepare accounts and files for transfer.

All outstanding invoices have been paid to vendors.


With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified tenant. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the tenants, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move in inspection…all before we get paid anything.


Making sure owners receive their rental proceeds as soon as possible is part of our job and the reason we offer our “On-Time Rent Guarantee”. Trustmark will get your payments to you by the 10th business day of the month when the tenant has paid their rent on the first of the month. We understand how frustrating it is and the financial implications for owners when a tenant doesn’t pay their rent. With our Eviction Guarantee, you don’t have to worry about the court filing costs of eviction because with Trustmark, we not only handle the process, we also cover the court filing fees for the eviction up to $500.


Coverage is extended to: New tenants, approved by Trustmark. Tenant leases must be signed after a management agreement is in place with Trustmark.

This Program does NOT cover lost rent, move-out/trash-out or cleaning costs, or damage to the property.

The Program does NOT cover the owner for any attorney’s fees, court-ordered fines, damages or penalties.

  • *The pet owner must be a resident that signed a Trustmark Lease, that Trustmark qualifies through our screening process, the pet was screened through our screening process, and the Trustmark Management Agreement that included our Pet Guarantee language.
